The staff in reception were amazing . The family room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast room was small but perfectly ok for Paris .

Very well located, close to the Arc de triomphe, metro station is close by, restaurants and shops all available and great service from the staff

Great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Hotel is very clean with valet parking facilities. Spa and swimming pool are very nice.

I loved the location the size of the room was superb An extra was the toilet that had a washer The size was very good and I had a balcony which is a bonus Overall I loved the hotel

I loved our suite, spacious with beautiful decorations. They welcomed us with delicious treats and wine. Janick, the concierge helped us with all we needed, he made reservations for our transportation and tours around the city, and we couldn't be more satisfied with his recommendations. My kids enjoyed the pool and the gym while I walked around Eliseus Champs to shop in the world-famous boutiques.

This is a very nice hotel. Well located. The staff is exceptional. The price paid through Booking.com for the originally planned stay was expensive, but reasonable. I had a matter that required last minute extension of 3 days and the price for the extension increased dramatically. The room was large and well appointed.
